Upgrade kits:
For your existing SEIFERT or GE-SEIFERT X-ray diffraction system -
Radiation protection cabinets:
- Universal cabinet up to 60 keV, optional with approved X-ray source (high-voltage generator, cable, tube housing with electronically controlled shutter element), with full-protection properties according to the German RöV regulation.
- Walk-in cabin up to 60 keV or up to 160 keV, variable size.

For XRD X-ray tubes with an electronically controlled and monitored shutter element. -
X-ray sources:
- Robust and durable high-performance highly stabilized X-ray sources up to 60 keV or up to 160 keV or (high-voltage generator ISO Debyeflex ID3003 or ID3007 , connecting cable, tube housings and tubes, control electronics and cooling units). The combination of the above elements makes it a safe X-ray source with perfectly matched components.
